LinkShare Christmas Competition 2009

Terms & Conditions

Between 1st November and 31st December 2009 all active LinkShare UK affiliates have the chance to earn christmas shopping points which will guarantee their entry into a series of prize draws.

Point acquisition (between 1st November and 31st December 2009) is as follows:

Be click active: 1 point per merchant
Be order active:  5 points per merchant
Drive multiple orders:  5 points per merchant
Meet revenue targets  (1/11/09 - 31/12/09):

£500: 5 points
£1,000: 10 points
£2,500: 15 points
£5,000: 20 points
£10,000: 30 points
£25,000: 40 points
£50,000: 50 points
£100,000: 60 points
£250,000: 80 points
£500,000: 100 points

Prizes:

Level 1 Prize Draws - Win one of 5 goodie bags worth approximately £100 each.

Level 2 Prize Draws -  Win a spa or hotel gift certificate worth £250 each.  Limitations may apply.

Level 3 Prize Draws - Win one of 4 online shopping sprees with one of LinkShare's merchants.  Limitations may apply.

Level 4 Prize Draw - Win a trip to a4uexpo Europe 2010 in Munich!

LinkShare will cover: Return flight to Munich (limited to £250); Three nights hotel stay in Munich (17 - 19th May 2010); Full delegate pass to a4uexpo Europe two-day event.

Contest Rules and Eligibility
The LinkShare Christmas Competition 2009 is open to all affiliates that are in the LinkShare UK Network. The affiliates must be in compliance with the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Membership Agreement with LinkShare and all other policies and procedures applicable to our company's use of the LinkShare Network. Only sales from UK LinkShare Merchants will be eligible for consideration in this contest. Eligible sales or clicks are those made between 1st November 2009 and 31st December 2009 inclusive.  All clicks and/or sales will be verified and validated by LinkShare.

Winner Selection
Prizes will be drawn at random.  Winners will be announced after 4th January 2010 when the new year commences. If a winner is not able to accept their prize, an alternate winner will be randomly chosen.

Publicity
All winners must agree to allow LinkShare to use your company's name (including your websites) in advertising material or otherwise in order to promote the LinkShare UK Network.
