About LinkShare Symposium 2008, 24th June

For more than ten years, LinkShare Symposium has been the gathering place for online performance-based marketing leaders. Attendees include more than 600 executives from top companies doing business online, representatives from leading and innovative publisher websites, and online marketers from LinkShare's client base of over 500 merchant companies

About the LinkShare Golden Link Awards, 23rd June

This gala awards dinner combines the fun and excitement of a glittering black-tie awards ceremony, with an invaluable opportunity to strengthen relationships with leaders in the e-commerce world. Held the evening before the LinkShare Symposium, the Golden Link Awards dinner and awards ceremony brings together more than 300 executives from LinkShare advertisers, publishers, and partners to celebrate great industry leaders and trailblazers.

Contest Rules

*Timing: Eligible sales will have been made between 19th May and 1st June only and any increase will be in comparison with the last two weeks of April 2008, between 14th and 27th April 2008.

Eligibility: The LinkShare Symposium Contest is open to all publishers in the LinkShare UK Network who have active links to over 10 LinkShare UK clients and who generate orders for at least 5 of them during the competition period. The publishers must be in compliance with the terms and conditions of our Affiliate Membership Agreement with LinkShare and all other policies and procedures applicable to our company's use of the LinkShare Network. Only sales from UK LinkShare advertisers will be eligible for consideration in this contest.

Winner Selection: A winner will be selected at random from all eligible UK Network publishers on or around June 1st by LinkShare. If a winner is not able to accept their prize, additional winners will be drawn until an acceptance is made.

Prize: There will be one prize package awarded. The prize package is for 22nd – 25th June 2008 and includes three nights hotel stay, economy flight to New York, and complimentary registration for the LinkShare Golden Link Awards on 23rd June, and LinkShare Symposium and Party on 24th June.

Publicity: All winners must agree to allow LinkShare to use your company's name (including your websites) in advertising material or otherwise in order to promote the LinkShare UK Network.
