Keynote Speaker

Dr. Matt Carter, Managing Director of Penn, Schoen & Berland Associates will be presenting the results of a quantitative study of online consumers in the UK, recently commissioned by LinkShare.

The research's goal is to provide a fresh and interesting look at what defines a UK Online Consumer to reveal new findings about who these consumers really are, how they are behaving in the current economic climate and where they are going for information. The research will also profile the personalities of online shoppers, providing an insight into who online consumers are, and how best they can be targeted.

Matt is co-founder and leader of PSB’s London office and EMEA region providing strategic counsel and communications advice. Formerly, he worked for Prime Minister Tony Blair as General Secretary of the British Labour Party. In this role, Matt was responsible for organizing Labour’s 2005 General Election campaign.
